I think some of it may have to do with the fact that most games are aimed toward guys nowadays - lots of killing, as well as a lot of competition, which tends to be a stronger male instinct.

That still doesn't explain why of the top 18 players of FFR (hardly a violent game), 18 are male. With that many, it can't possibly be a coincidence.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was SOMETHING biological, and perhaps some social stuff as well...dunno.
