Well, as you can see im new and i do not want to be banned. well my sucking up is over and now we can truley argue. Now back on topic shall we. Like i said is it not true that the items in simfiles are copyrighted? well some song are remixed which i do not know if the law applies to this. Also is it being distributed, i think it is. And i forgot does the U.S. law say something about distributing copyrighted files. (saracasm)

Exactly what are you trying to prove here? If we get sued, we get sued. If you feel it necessary to warn us so that me might prevent it, then look around for a mod. and send them a PM.

I made this thread so we can discuss it, as well as mods. if you want to end it fine by me. i have nothing else to say, but i just dont want to be sued.

Well, if you are wondering how old am I, I am 15. As for this discussion, i created it because i used the mp3s here. I was not aware that the mp3's were the orginals and were copyrighted and nothing told me that these files were copyrighted. I was scared and deleted them instantly.

Also, it is your own fault that you didnt know and you are a pansy as previously mentioned. However you may think of it, it is not because of your age because i am 15 also and i knew this. Just dont be dumb next time and we wont have this problem.
No, i am not mad at him, he just needs to think a bit first and not freak out after he does it.
Oh and trust me, its not nearly as harsh of a post as it could be if some other people were here.

well i played ffr, and none of the songs are the famous, so when i download the files not knowing remixed, edited, or samples or originals, i just did it. call me what ever, dumb, stupid, idiot. but its over.

Seriously this guy is 15 and deletes mp3's that MIGHT be copyrighted? God help us all.

And how can you download a Black Eyed Peas song, be 15 and not already know its an "illegal" song. As everyone has stated, it is not FFR's responsibility, it is all the user's responsibility.
