Sorry if im not a senior or somthing i just dont remember when i joined. but i found this site on google when i searched for ddr games.

I was looking around the internet with my friend Scott. Then I got an IM from my other friend with a link to FFR. This was around February 03. Back then it let you play as a guest so I never signed up until early May. Then I got bored of it and stopped playing for a few months. I came back to the site about the same time the Chat was first introduced. Been hanging around ever since and Joined the forums in September of 03.

Basically I was browsing my friend's friends Livejournal page and this one girl was complaining about her lack of DDR because her dorm was a 24 hour quiet hall. I signed up in school and played until it was time to go to the buses.

The next day my school blocked the url.

I found ffr through school, we had computer maintainance class, I forget the actual title. This class was easy A class, especially since it was everything basic about computers. We normally got done with the days activities within 10-15 and classes were 1 hour 10 minutes long. Fuck around time was after 10-15 minutes.

Well Some of the peoples surfed, some played Counter strike, it was one day someone started playing ffr back when it was old ie orange r2 wasn't even in the heads of the peoples. and there were like 15 songs MAX!.

So I tried and everyone's like this his how you play. I owned them so bad, for i was just getting into my DDR prime and Found this to be just like except for timing issues.

They were amazed to say the least except one guy who owned me at hellbeat. I remember when hellbeat was hard, those were the days.....

I remember how FFR started to get all these Dance songs back in the day and it became page 2 then 3... And it got out of hand... Funny how Synth fixed that problem, but now we're onto Page4... haha

Anyways... Yeah... It was my friend's b-day... And I was like 'Let's pull an all-nighter!' and he agreed... But then fell asleep... So I got on Addictinggames.com cuz of this one game I found on AlbinoBlacksheep and there it was... FFR... In all its glory... Beckoning me to try it out...

So I did... And was immediately hooked...

I think it's funny how most of the vets that signed up around the june-august time period, joined up cuz of AddictingGames.com... haha

Linked here by washuu108 (God, I miss him) on GameFAQs back in September (or was it August?) of 2002. Being the competititive ass I was and still am, I was addicted immediately since my fellow SSBSers could score better than me by a fair amount.

Man, the timing back then was tighter than a nine-year-old.

Yeah... And accidentally hitting an arrow would screw up your combo, and mashing was unheard of for FFR cuz of it... haha

Some Polish guy was yelling outside of my house one night, so I called the police. They arrested him. 2 weeks later, I joined FFR. Coincidence? I think not.

Well... Lets see...
one of my friend's introduced nima to the site (he sucks), then a few months later nima intro'd me to the site... i started off playing one handed and sucked hardcore... slowly switched to two handed and could pass stuff like uber rave and what not... and hey look, this turned into a newbie brag topic...

right, nima introduced me to ffr =P

Let's see.. my friend sent me a link 2 years ago. Back when we both played DDR.

He played for about 3 months.... I got hooked and played for a long time, but alas, no more. I posted once on the forums on the 22nd, then didn't post again for 5 months. I remember everything back to 0.22 of FFR, when there was about 5 dance songs.

Oh, memories...
