Actually, this isn't a half bad idea...

We should contact Pinball Pete's or Westland or one of those places and ask if they're interested in holding a tourney sponsored by FFR. Inform them that the staff of the game will be there, etc. See if there's some way we can promote ourselves without spending money.

As much as I'd like to, there is almost no way I can go to Ann Arbor (My mom freaked out about me going to Rochester 40 minutes away, and Ann Arbor is over an hour.) So I don't get to see Qreepy again for a while :<

I doubt I'd be able to go to Westland either, for that matter. 45 minutes away.

I can almost definately make Troy, though.

Although, this is now. Things may have changed by the end of summer.

I'm from Ann Arbor and PbP is just a little ways from my school.
but saeeing as it is on UofM campus there a lot of nooby students that take up time

I've changed my mind about this being impossible, and decided I'll more or less go to all lengths to make it to this. I've worked the past few summers, I've never extracted a penny from my account, and I just finished my first year of university. I think it's time I treated myself to some living.

It's only a 22 hour drive.

Well can someone tell me the times? I know that westland is open from like 11:00am-9:00pm....but im not to sure. also they are closing it. The people are just moving the Westland AFC out of them mall but really close to it. If I find out when they are closing it, I'll be sure to post it.

rach, who said they were closing it? i talked to the people that work there and they said that they arent doing all that great financially but they arent so far "in the red" that they might close. also, who said that they were moving it? also, most people cant/dont want to make it to westland and the dates set to run this thing are in the month of august, which is quite a while away so i dont think you have to worry about the times just yet.

ok...friends from westland and school say that they are closing it and moving it right outside westland. (thats just what i herd) I herd it from a friend that goes there like everyday. but w.e. also i was just wondering the times because i might have something going on. but ill ask later.
