My mom HATES me playing SM when I'm at home because it's in the room connected to the living room (where I sleep). No door.. nothing... Just a big 8 foot entrance.

OMG... My computer is my life... One time my mom got pissed or w/e cuz she came in the room and she was talking to me, but I kept my back to her and kept playing SM and she snapped and tried pulling my keyboard and mouse out (She's so friggin computer illiterate), but the cables kept them plugged in, and I snapped and yelled at her cuz my mouse and keyboard was figgin expensive, but then the next day I said had to do some homework on the PC and she totally forgot about ever being mad... Silly Polish mother... lol

You know, when you flagrantly disobey your parents, you tend to get punished. It is called a consequence, a concept you will need to understand to get anywhere in the world.

That being said, your dad has some serious anger problems. Reminds me of the dad of one of my friends. I don't go near his house anymore.

If my mom did that to me i would move. Or when she finds out about hentai (again) I would move. I'm assuming this is the one good thing about haveing parents split up. and i'm moving over the summer anyway. ((dads house )

My computer is my life. I spend about 3+ hours everyday and couldn't live without it. I would kill your parents. OMGWTF only 30 minutes a day!

What kind of bad marks in school are we talking about here? Straight Fs and Ds I could see what you parents are thinking, even if it was way way to sudden, but like Bs and Cs? That seems like horrible overkill. Kind of like those parents that think AIM will turn their little perfectionist into a devil child (I have many friends with parents like that :<).

In any case, that really sucks.

That really sucks to have a dad to that, he really needs some help with his anger. My dad has done some stuff, all he did was snip the cable cord in two because I was up at 4 AM on the computer during the summer. He went to sleep, and I just got out another cord and hooked it all back up (lol). But that's nothing compared to this =/

I feel really bad for you, tehwhack. All that information being taken away really sucks. You should see if you can get the hard drive back, just in case you get another computer.
