then I went on over to extreme. That was a blast

Speed does not reach 50 000 or anything near it. You must be looking at your shitty score.

To reach warp speed (which is around 10 000) you need to be in extreme and you have to be going for quite a while, and not touch any walls, because that really slows you down. The only difference you see in warp speed is a distinct blurring of everything. Colors everywhere, if you don't use a charge beam soon to slow down, especially when you come out of a loop, you WILL his something eventually.

To take a good screenshot, just watch your replay and get the good shots.

Wo watch replay, wait until you are in the menu after you lose, and press 'x' or 'Alt'. It expands your repay to full screen and shows stats.




COOL FACT
If you convert music to ogg and replace the other music files in the program, you can get some awesome music playing while you play. I have green twilight, angel falls and Sync playing while I play, as well as one of the game's original songs.

I really REALLY love 2D shooters, but I really REALLY hate this game. To me, it's only a shooter version of F-zero.

Okay, I actually watched my speed and easily climbed to 6000-7000, but I didn't like it, so I went back to hugging 2000-3000 with my charge shot.
