they barely fit into your ear, they have a shitty freq range, are totally flat (which is usually a good thing but given how poor they sound its a terrible thing)

i mean if you like listening to music without dynamics and you dont actually like music the sure shell out $30 for objectively mediocre earbuds

What, no way dude the one thing I can say about their earbuds is how well they fit in your ear.

Can't really comment about anything else as I use my Bose noise cancellation headphones for when I really want to listen to something while not on the go.

For active and mobile use, they're far and beyond the best you can get.

Literally you could have a bus run over them and they'll still work. Their only weakness is scissors, in all honesty

Better quality ear buds surely exist, but saying I haven't used them doesn't disregard how well they fit into your ear.

if you got $150 to spend, you can grab the ATH-M50s from amazon (oops sorry I said amazon). it's definitely a solid investment you won't regret.

otherwise you're better off grabbing another set of sennheisers than any shitty earbuds or headphones/headsets posted in this thread. HD280, HD380, HD518, and HD558 are all well within the price range of your HD428s and are pretty decent headphones. avoid anything by razer because you're essentially paying for oversized plastic cans with bass boost buzz words, which are fine for gaming and chatting, but for listening to music it's not very good unless you're tone deaf.

hit up jordane and rulululu for any other suggestions, I'm not audiophile engineer enough to give you recommendations to go by.
