Unique emails aren't working since they use gmail, which they just add random dots.
Captcha is enabled now.
All accounts follow a pattern so mass-banning them is easy.

Do what 4chan did, use captchas for posting everyone will complain at first but then they'll suck it up and keep posting anyways and it reduces bot spam

On a serious note, if it were possible, I'd suggest making users who have obtained x-amount of Grand Total Score be able to make threads in the forum.
