This is a more polite way of saying "be more than just a random Gold-level scrub with no personality"
Non-pros like Sky and Trick2g get views because they have a character that resonates with people.
Sky is the sassy gay fanboy, Trick2g is the disrespectful loudmouth, etc etc

Think of it from the point of view of a potential viewer: viewers either want top-quality play so they can learn from the best (which you can't deliver) or entertainment.
Find a way to be entertaining.

Or just have tits and dress slutty, but I guess that's also not an option for you :P

be unique in some way, when i stream stepmania i rage, i hit my kb, i say dumb stuff but still people seem to enjoy watching it, probabloy because i'm not like the other generic people who only screen captures without hand cam or face cam etc
