Canada's Worst Driver because it looks really fake and the tasks/tests they do aren't even realistic. If they are trying to improve these people, then they need to always teach them realistic skills instead of always making them reverse onto tow trucks.

But if I had to go with one show only, I guess Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.

My girlfriend has a strange obsession with fat people, so we were watching this show for a few minutes. She was tempting her kids to eat spinach by washing it down with "hog jowl". I wanted to cry because the show was so horrible.
