            Shivers
            A 1995 game by Sierra Online.
            It's got a real scary soundtrack. I still can't play it in the dark.
            Yes, things do jump out at you.
            No it's not gory, but there are a few dead bodies laying around in the game.
            Takes about 2 hours for me to beat when I'm speeding through it.

                        The one thing I didn't like about amnesia is when you die you still lose any Tinderboxes and Lamp oil you used...

                        So now I'm stuck in the little dungeon part after you fix the elevator... No Tinder/oil, and soo many damn monsters patrolling around I can't get past because my sanity is so low they might as well have roller blades and night-vision goggles...

                            it has more to do with my laptop than it does win7

                            im able to play penumbra which is a gr8 game that everyone should play(all three parts too)
