Sheik and Fox will fall to lowest tier, they'll pull Marth and Roy from the game entirely, and the Ice Climbers will be placed in godly tier

Samus and Zero Suit are both confirmed for Brawl.

        Bowser rant. =P, opinions please.
Bowser, while being very slow, has a few attacks that are some of the best in the game. Whirling Fortress, for example, has a priority of 1 (meaning that if two attacks clash, Bowser's either hits and negates the other hit, or just negates the other hit.) , and he can ledge-grab after the 20-25th frame (can't remember). It can also be used as a killing move when done on the ground (it shoots them straight up), and it has good lateral recovery.

His backthrow (using <- and -> B) sends the opponents flying after about 70 damage.

If you shffl and/or aerial cancel, his n-air and r-air are good attacks as well.

He's still a hard character to play as, but he does have some great moves that compensate partially for all the suck they gave him.

        AND DON'T TL;DR ME. >=(
        Note to self Finish.

The best Super Smash Character is Link. He ruled in the original, in Melee and he'll rule in Super Smash Bros. Brawl along with the characters you see below.

          <- Use both of them

It's a shame he runs as slow as Bowser.

How the heck did they manage that, anyway? Is he over-encumbered from all the gear he's carrying or something?

                He's wearing weighted boots obviously.

How else is he supposed to walk across the sea floor?

Yeah, Fox actually feels really heavy to me. A friend of mine plays Fox, and, when I play Link or Sheik, I can whack Fox for quite a good while when he gets knocked down.

As for Young Link over Link, well, I can't agree with you at all. I use Link's Up-B on the ground a lot when opponents are trying to recover, and it always stops them. One time I was fighting a different friend and losing 2 lives to 1 with about 120% damage each. I knocked him out of the arena, then when he respawned, I beat him around and combo'd him into a grab when he only had 30% at the edge, then I tossed him off of the arena. He tried to jump back up, but I used the Up-B to hit him off. He then fell so far that he couldn't even get back with his jump and Up-B.

I try to kill people at low percentages rather than rack up damage, and it works pretty well.

Fox has a really fast fall ratio. It can be both a godsend, and a curse at times. Also, his mid-air up attack is really strong.

As for Link being slow, of course all of that equipment is going to keep him down. If he ran as fast as say, Sheik, Pikachu, or god forbid Captain Falcon, then it'd be incredibly retarded. His shffling and wavedashing though make him a solid and good character to play, and his boomerang is a really useful technique since it makes it way back to the player.

What was the world record on his "Hit the targets"? Something like 3 seconds wasn't it?

PM me if you find the secret.

There's some site you can get to from a GameFAQs SSBM topic that lists all of the world records in nearly everything in SSBM with videos included. Topic should be stickied.

There is nothing BS about the vid, just BS that bombsoldier lost. =/
Thats what i was saying, it seems to me that a player who has proved to be very controlled and competent at the beginning somehow made horrible mistake after horrible mistake showing that he doesnt know the character very well (which is disproved at the beginning).
I am just saying that either he became a novice within those few minutes from being dumbstruck somehow, or it was at least partially intentional.

Even the best players make mistakes, especially when they can so easily be explained. Though he's a pro, you can see the speed at which all of those button presses and joystick pushes have to be executed. A few degrees change in angle is the difference between an offensive move and a mortal blunder. I don't find it at all strange that that happened, even if the two mistakes were within the same minute.

haha my tactic is with kirby to swallow and jump for an attempted kamikaze...

if they get out down smash them

if they don't they die... and u will be able to survive...

the real kamikaze is with dk grab run jump die
