        "Lufia: The Ruins Of Lore"
Don't you even dare go near this game.

        Golden Sun sucks.

I'd say try Riviera. Look it up first.. it's weird to play but still an enjoyable game. Has a nice story.

Was the first Grandia ever for GB? Playing it on PS. It feels like a GB game though.

FFTA was a terrible game only if you were expecting FFT, like I was. Hell, I was addicted to FFTA while I was playing it. It's not a bad game, but it just couldn't come close to living up to its predecessor.

So Tactics Ogre is really good? I picked it up soon after finishing FFTA, got to level 20 or so with the main character and decided I didn't like it. The battle system just didn't do it for me and I didn't like the way the characters levelled up. Since I put that down, though, I haven't picked my GBA up. Who knows, maybe I'll give it another shot.

I loved the Golden Sun games. The story and unique Djinn dimension really did it for me.

FFTA, in my opinion, was a good game on its own, but horrible in the shadow of the original. If you didn't play the original, you'll be satisfied with FFTA.

Fire Emblem was good. Yet, I can't stand to see a character die. So, I made sure I didn't. It made the game long, hard, and boring for me after a while.

I've heard good things about Riviera, but I overlooked it. I'll have to try it sometime.

I'll let you borrow it if you promise to give it back sometime soon. I have two extra saves on mine you can get rid of. I beat it in 25 hours leisure time. Like I said though, very weird to play.. only one permanent weapon, can only hold about 13 items, you don't gain experience through fighting (rather, through new weapon use), you don't move around freely, and lots of stuff like that. The production value seems low. The story is nice. The game ends on sort of a Lunar note. Try not to expect anything and your experience will be an enjoyable one.

How did not wanting to lose a character make it long hard and boring? I have only ever lost a character once, and that was on purpose because I stole the members card, then killed rennac because I didn't want him, as I had Colm.

The game is easy even when keeping everyone alive.

Because it was hard to keep some alive ALL THE TIME, it took long when I had to keep restarting the chapter, and it got boring after I restarted about 3 times.

Kenzya, I'll take you up on Riviera some other time in the future. I've gotta get through all the crap in English that Kroc has been dumping on us. And by that I mean sometime in February.

I can't believe it took me this long, but Pokemon.

No, seriously. Pokemon Fire Red or Leaf Green.

I'm being dead serious. If you ever had any interest in Pokemon, Fire Red and Leaf Green will be one of those awesome nostalgia trips.

A few months ago, I found my old copy of Pokemon Silver and spent a week getting to the point where I could own the Elite Four without a problem. Good stuff.

I forgot about Pokémon. I enjoyed my red version and silver version. But the series really went too far after the Gold/Silver/Whatever editions.

Yea, that's why Fire Red and Leaf Green are great. It's the original. You can only catch the ones you're familiar with. You're not forced to use 1500000 new ones you've never heard of.

And if you're one of those losers who actually likes the crappy new ones you can trade with the other new ones, so everyone wins.
