The RTS mode thingy eventually IS NOT FUN. It gets so retardedly hard that I swear very loudly and almost broke my controller throwing it against the wall.

You may have been using Raphael :/

The default in an arcade is probably Normal.

They go in this order: Easy, Normal, Hard, Very Hard, Extremely Hard, Something Else I Forgot, But It's the Hardest Difficulty.

I only played as Xianghua for one game and Cassandra for the another.

I think we're right about at the same place. I haven't been playing the Chronicles of the Sword mode much, though. I think I'm going to start it over, and make it the entire cast of Final Fantasy Tactics or maybe Tales of Symphonia or smth. Probably the latter, seeing as it's a Namco game, too. That, and I've unlocked every type of job/class/whatever for the custom people, I just haven't unlocked all their disciplines with each.

Sword Masters WOULD own except they never get "Soul of (Regular Character" like every other class eventually unlocks.

I have Sword Master unlocked, and I'm very upset at how they don't get the Soul of X :/ That's pretty much the main part of most characters. Anyway, I'm on Chronicle 20, and I will warn you now: There are a BUNCH of VERY tough enemies to beat, and you have NO strongholds or places to heal. There are none on the entire map. At the end you fight a person(no spoilers) with just under 1000HP, with Nightmare's Soul Edge, which does a huge chunk of damage. It is advised that you prepare for this before you go.

A really cheap way I know of that kills anyone: Use Kunai, preferably the one that increases HP and offense(like the 3rd to last one) and dash forward and within two steps kick the person, in midair, flip over and kick them again, then fly down from above and crush them. Do this over and over, and you can kill anyone. This works REALLY well because the second kick goes through guard AND knocks them on the ground. It's also friggin impossible to get hit while doing it if you get the first hit, so yeah :/ It also does about 100 damage, which you can easily do again. I think I'll make 4 swordmasters for the final fight :/

Hopefully, I'll unlock Soul of Siegfried for my Orlandu (bow down to your superiors, bitch) by the time I get there. Then I will WIN. Srsly. And then make sure I have a Sophitia as a backup. And then a guy with a Lance. And then maybe a thief (bombs ftw).

I just beat the game, New Game+ with EXP and Weapons, etc. Ending is lame.

What do your custom characters look like, Tosh? I modeled a guy that looks like Locke, another that looks like Orlandu, and a third guy that looks like Drizzt. My other characters aren't made to look like any sort of fantasy character, but I have a female pirate, a female with angel wings, and another that looks like a roman gladiator with a metal bra instead of actual armor.

They're all naked, armor doesn't effect defense.

I have two friends that wanted to borrow this. My best friend didn't get it because he abuses all of my CDs and I get them returned with 1000 scratches. My normal friend got it, even though he asked about a week later, because he takes care of it.

ok the RTS part does get hard, but seriously some jobs that you think would suck (priest for example) are very good. my priest is like lvl 45+ (at skool cant check) and my barb is only lvl 20.... Im at chronicle 18 or 19 i think and they get hard sometimes but you gotta have good strategy. i suggest to keep all you men together to fight except for like one in case they all die. I always fight with my ninjas and samurais and priests but keep my barb away in case i lose my battles and need to respawn

Has anyone ever had their data corrupted? It is very strange because when I went to go and load my Chronicles file, it said that my data was corrupted and that I should delete the data. What do I do? I want to play Chronicles, but in order to save, I have to delete my data and start completly over. I can still save in everything other than chronicles...
