YUP that train chapter was the one i was talkin bout. dunno what it is, but it just gets to me.

i think i nostalgia harder for n64 paper mario, but would have to say ttyd is better overall.

I really enjoy the Paper Mario series to the nth degree. So far, I loved all three games, even though I didn't finish TTYD for some reason (I believe I stopped at the "Mario Shoots the Moon" chapter).

Super Paper Mario I found was the easiest of the three, but IMO that didn't detract from its charm. TTYD is probably the hardest of the three for me.

Can't wait for Paper Mario: Sticker Star to come out on the 3DS! I'll definitely get that one.

I think one of my favourite puzzles in TTYD was the Tower with all the seperate rooms in it. They give you a riddle at the beginning of every room. I forget the name of that tower.. The music reminded me of the crystal palace

And for sure the soundtrack is amazing. SPM's OST I didnt like as much as the first two. Especially Doopliss's Theme

Bump. I'm disappointed about no partners in Sticker Star. It's also using the progressive level system like Super Paper Mario... I'll probably still buy though cause I love the Paper Mario games and it has the old battle system and stuff and it looks better than Super in general. I guess the early partner screenshots are temporary partners that help you progress through the level only.

I'm pretty sure you're right on this one. I felt really skeptical about the gameplay changes to Super Paper Mario, but when I played it I found that I still greatly enjoyed it. I'm positive that I'll love this one too despite the changes to the formula.

I think the only permanent partner you have in this game is a fairie/pixie or something like that. All other partners are supportive characters you temporarily get throughout the game. Yeah, I was a little saddened by that, but I'm still looking forward to the game.

Oh god, the little music clip they play when you discover the secret of each room gave me the chills. :c same with whenever it rang throughout the game. ;_;

But yes, the soundtrack is incredible. <3

I still haven't finished Thousand-Year Door, been busy but I've got 5 of the 7 crystal stars so it won't take much.

I also picked up SMRPG on the super nes, so I'll have that to play with too
I don't have a 3DS or a Wii and I don't plan on buying either, so I won't get to play the other games, except maybe on Dolphin or something.
