okay so as of friday night top three lynches emerging are blind, pop and fiction from my perspective

of these i would go with plop because of the continuation of his dipolmatic tone which is always like one of those things i expect of wolves (neutrality, going with the flow, doubling-down on their opinions as though their fleeting gut feelings are totally rational)

figuring out relationships with 0 input from a quarter of the player pool over two days is a goddamn nightmare

I'm also looking to jrodd to explain his thoughts on voting patterns last phase now that DBP is dead. We both agreed that DBP dying would help throw some light into who might be suspicious.

DBP was a pretty good anchor but I didn't feel confident he was red so I didn't vote for him. Everyone else did.

we see now that our wagons were v/v/0 poster. dont think it could be any worse of a situation information wise

in terms of why I voted DBP, you can read my earlier attacks on him and his entrance. he ended up stating that calling out the 3 names at the beginning were legit wolf leans and i thought that was pretty fake, to me it felt like it was more of a light/jokey entrance and now that he's pressured for voting one of them he needs to pretend to have a logical progression in keeping the wolf read. he also used a lot of second guessing himself in his posts, and it was a waffly tone that pinged me initially. i dont really regret it, his wolf reads of zenith and manti also made me comfortable leaving my vote on him

you said it was a good information lynch yesterday, but you havent analyzed it at all. i think your only contribution was that a vet player could be a wolf because the seer was binked last night. i mean, ok? what else do you have, you seem to be caring a lot more today though, posting a lot more analytically than ive seen you do in past games this early. worth noting imo

yes i realize those 2 sentences contradict each other. he hasn't analyzed the lynch at all, but hes been analyzing players like V a lot more

still would like to hear his opinion on the data mine we got from lynching DBP

every case feels forced because we know wagons were v/v/0-poster for most of the days, with a sprinkle of blindreper. I mean blind would probably be the next best lynch from a wagons and d1 pushes perspective information wise, because he was pushed by clear players, and I agree his posts have reached a James May level of awkward

if not, then wolves really skated by d1.

oh and let's be real, even if James May was a wolf i dont think it would be clearing for anyone. maybe fiction, but that's it, because we all know you love to bus V, and bussing a 0-posting teammate who had no heat would be like a wet dream for you as a wolf d1

the only thing that James flipping wolf could be used for would to make me look bad for hard defending him. i stand by my decision though, that wouldve been objectively a bad lynch and i think it's weird that a 0 poster even became a noteworthy wagon. they ALWAYS get resolved

i did think at least one of the replacements would have been put in by now though.....

2 things we should look at if we want to reverse engineer the Zenith kill.

Who would kill Zenith just because they wanted him out of the game.
Who would kill Zenith because they were reading him as a blue.

Also fic, you can rage all you want i'm a human bub.

dont think that's useful at all. it seems to be following fic's logic that a vet or something is a wolf to be able to spot the seer like that. disagree because there wasnt much good cover left in the thread i dont think, i gave a n0 of psychoangel because it was so random and a believable target for me that if she was town there would be a small chance i'd die. she could easily be a wolf, and zenith was obvious enough with his play yesterday that idk if seer cover is worth looking at at all

i do however think there were some fake reactions regarding not knowing what zenith's peek was, but ill lose my diplomacy soon and make an opinion

actually i take that back

blind can be at null for me, if manti wants him dead, given the way the phase has played out so far i'll contribute my vote. still think a town flip is not farfetched im tired and being super indecisive wrt blind.

now i guess the only thing left to do is read and comment on V/tokzic/plop's interactions and provide an updated reads list

fiction is a wolf.


about one third of his posts are what i would expect from a normal vanilla fiction. another third are placating when a vanilla fiction would be an asshole (v telling him to vote, and fic telling v to tell him who to vote for), and the other third are assholish when a vanilla fiction would be more reasonable.

to me it seems like he's trying to nail his own tone, which is warning bell number one for players with a well defined TWG style.

that and his TWG play has always run in the same vein as fish, and i'm getting the same feeling i get whenever fish was a wolf.

i'm gonna be honest, about halfway through the thread i stopped reading any posts that werent fiction or people responding to fiction. i'll go back through and read again tomorrow evening, because i'm going to another baseball game on saturday.

sorry i missed the start, things have been crazy this week.

other reads: off the bat i was thinking choof plop or blind, only one i really still have my eye on is plop.

part of this may be that i havent played much with any of them (if at all) but something is still rubbing me the wrong way wrt plop's posts.

i'd be willing to vote for psycho based purely on history, but not today.

today fiction needs to die.
