Right, it shouldn't be like this. There is no need to make such a fuss out of out-smarting the other side. Nothing illegal was done, just some people have very ****ty logic. Plain and simple. Regardless of what happens at this point, if a rule goes over banning what's just happened, then I doubt I'll play a normal TWG game for a long time.

From now on objectives probably shouldn't be given out, unless its something specific, like mine in rzr's last game: "seer one wolf". Those are really the heart of the problem anyway.

Alright. I'll accept what RZR said.

I do want to be replaced though.

And I'd like to take up the discussion in the Council thread without u84 being overly-defensive (I wasn't even attacking you in the first place).

I can see it as one of two ways.
1. No discussion of host PMs are allowed at all.
2. Discussion is allowed only if the host makes the PMs readily available to everyone.

This game isn't built to be centered around what people say about their PMs.

You don't seem to get it. You destroy most of what makes this game great by going straight after their PM info. And you need to stop denying that that's what you did. Here's what you said to me:

Right, I'll retract my accusation that he was cheating.

But you guys still seem to be misinterpreting what I'm trying to do.

There are 9 humans in the game. 9 people ended up saying what was in the human PM ... which allowed u84 to figure out what the other people's roles were.

That basically ruined the game, considering we don't have to do anything now. All we do is wait for wolves to wolf someone, then lynch the next wolf on the list, then wait for them to wolf someone else, then lynch the last wolf. And if the game continues, we lynch the seer claimer.

There's a 0% chance of winning for the wolves now. That's why I'd really like a restart.

The game should be restarted. IMO anyway.

As far as me doing it, I haven't asked for info directly. I've tried indirectly drawing it out of people and then complementing it with what I know the pm says. But using the wording of the PM as the sole basis of the offensive is wrong.

I do think it should become illegal. (Kinda already thought it was).

I'll be on AIM in about half an hour. Get done work in 15 mins.
