Yes, this is what he's referring to. You're aren't supposed to match your timezone to DBP's, you're supposed to set it to your own. If you're not sure what time zone you're in, visit this site and enter the name of your city:

http://www.worldtimezone.com/

The resulting page will tell you how many hours from GMT your timezone is. Set your FFR timezone option accordingly. When it comes time to sign up, you'll notice that the FFR server time and the current local time differ by 10 minutes or more, as pntballa has pointed out. DBP would like to start the sign-ups based on the server time, instead of actual local time, in the event he's not here to monitor them. This way he can come back later and determine who actually posted at the correct time. Hopefully this clears up the confusion. Sorry about posting here, but it seemed warranted.

Edit: Also, if you're not in the eastern time zone (GMT - 5 hours) then you'll have to adjust your planning accordingly based on the announced sign-up times. If you're still confused, IM or PM me at StoicRoivaS.
