edit: there's also no way for other blues/etc to claim privately to an alliance head

paranoid nation could still claim instantly and run amok the whole game instead of trying to wait it out till roleblocker dies. I think the latter sounds more fun.

NAR gives roleblock pretty high priority

edit: the section in the article about roleblocking says passive traits have priority over roleblock though. ?_?

edit2: last section in that article makes it very clear. something that gets triggered has highest priority. fine by me then.
