BPM CHANGES ARE NOW OK. STOPS ALSO, ALTHOUGH STOPS WON'T SHOW UP.

BPM changes are CMODish... everything will still scroll at c300, you just don't have to use 32nds, 48ths, or 64ths to make it on beat.

depends... would be best to get permission, but chances are it is fine. most of those above, the artists just want to know that you are doing it... they are fine, they just want to know.
