but as I think about this... didn't ITG do the same thing technically? They basically used Stepmania 3.95 right? I'm not entirely sure on it, but I think that's how it is. So in other words, ITG did somewhat the same thing this guy is doing, except they actually had artists create songs for the game. Are the situations similar?

1) ITG HEAVILY modified the theme
2) ITG actually contacted the StepMania team, asked for permission, and paid them royalties to not mention it in the credits.
3) ITG made all their own artwork, charts, and licensed all their own music

It irks me, on top of the stealing, that they're calling this Jewish DDR. There's barely anything Jewish in there, beyond stereotypes I'm not going to cater to.

While none of the content is mine specifically, I'd love to be a part of taking this thing down.

Almost none of those songs are Techno. If you're going to make a shit reskin of a free game and charge for it, at least say electronic. ****ing...half the things people call Techno aren't even techno god damn.
