When you select a song press enter to go to the options, somewhere there should be a option to change the rate of the song.

Rates are pretty much the speed the song is playing, not like Speed Mods. Say if you were to set a rate to 2.0 the song speeds up 2 times it regular speed and same for the arrows.

Just find a key and tap it really fast.
I can get about 650 tpm with my right hand and about 600 with my left.
You can pick two keys and try trills, too.
