Use a stopwatch or something and open up notepad. And start vibrating when time starts then stop vibrating when time ends.

I guess you can start downloading all of Dossar's simfiles in the FFR database and start practicing them on 0.8x until you can pass them then build your way up. That's what I did and about a month later, I was able to pass Jackhammer Madness.

Although, I already knew how to vibrate before I started to download his simfiles but didn't know how to control it most of the time so it will probably take you longer to learn. =/

PS: Their are some vibrating songs in the HSMP packs so you might want to try those as well. Good luck!
