We have to keep in mind guys, stuff like steps being off sync, messed up arrow colors, and screwy features here and there are all that comes with this being a BETA. So Konami sucks at catering to the veteran players, but that doesn't mean they're a bunch of idiots either. They'll fix the problems before the final release, I'm sure of it.

With that being said, I kind of wonder if beta testing in the US is still going on.

Still in my neck of the woods: BZN Naperville. That's the only machine in the US right now. It's going to ASI (some kind of trade show/convention) this weekend, then going back to BZN Naperville. After that... who knows?

I'd like to see what music Moogy considers good, because Xepher is probably one of the best Bemani songs to date (in my opinion at least).

The best songs on IIDX are by Slake, Akira Yamaoka, the Sampling Masters, TaQ, RAM, and LED. Slake is by far the best Bemani artist, though. He destroys everyone else.

Tatsh is pretty good so far, but Xepher is a really generic and terribly boring song. Sphere is infinitely better and more original. Xepher is just Sphere 2: Now With Annoying Synths!

Also, apparently the notechart is terrible. And it's overplayed at any arcade with Happy Sky.

It doesn't make sense to put it on DDR, either. DoLL, sure, but Xepher? No.

If Konami was actually smart, they would put LITTLE LITTLE PRINCESS on DDR. By far the best Happy Sky song, and one of the best IIDX songs in general. But no, gotta go with the overplayed, generic crap of Xepher.

Xepher does not belong on DDR, I agree. But I like the song.

On a side note, I was talking to iPatch during my radio show... apparently, TaQ is no longer contracted with Bemani, so technically, he's no longer a "Bemani artist".

Well, duh. He quit after 10th style. He's still way better than most of the other artists, and his albums destroy all Bemani albums except for teranoid underground edition (and, obviously, the Slake one).

It's a little on the odd side for me. I definitely like it.. but I don't really feel like I completely understand it, if that makes sense.

I'd say my favorite Happy Sky song is Green Eyes.

Oh well, I'm glad they kept the original and the angelic mix though =) it looks like most of my favorites from Extreme got carried over to SN, so it won't be as bad when my arcade gets the upgrade

I'm sure most, if not all of you, have seen the video for the Xepher Oni stepchart. It looks extremely fun to play. It's challenging, but not stupid hard like a whole bunch of ITG steps (not that I'm saying anything against that game).

The AA video also looks impressive. Even though they did cut out someof the vital parts of the song, the steps look very nice, as well. Not too easy, not too hard.

Besides, the banners for Xepher and AA look FANTASTIC.

Well, I played the newest beta of DDR Supernova. A LOT has changed. Characters are selectable. The scoring system has changed... similar to MAX2, except 95% DP is required for a AA... no full combo necessary! "All musics" has become "All music," and all modes are available to play. Oh, the unlock system was enabled, too, so we don't even know the full songlist yet =P A lot of the songs are still WAYYYY offsync, but otherwise, things are pretty good. I think my petition did some good ^_^
