Pros:
-No old inactives
--This includes the ****** myspacers
-No alts galore(for now)
-No bots
-No cheated scores
-Accurate scores to peoples current skill abilities due to the lack of playing for a year.
-Cleaner, new profiles and designs
-Accurate active member count
-Cleaner FFR
-More space for FFR to use resulting in faster FFR(I think)

Cons:
-Cleaning your levelranks(this is actually fun for me)
-Redesigning your profiles
-Re-adding friends(REALLY?! THIS is a problem for some people?! Lazy f*cks)
-Have to change veteran status req's
-Have to change a few other things with the site.

"No old inactives; Accurate active member count; Cleaner FFR; More space for FFR to use resulting in faster FFR(I think)": The number of inactive people will accumulate, just like what brodda said. If this really was an issue for you, maybe you can have an admin delete all accounts inactive for a certain about of time (2 years maybe?)

"No alts galore(for now)": I don't understand the reason of having alts. To lessen this, maybe set a cap of number of accounts you could create for FFR based on email? (For one email account, you can create up to three FFR accounts).

"No bots; No cheated scores": People will still have the incentive to cheat because supposedly getting rank 1 on RATO or Death Piano is cool. Actually, they are sadly wasting their time missing the fun FFR has to offer. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can think of to alleviate this problem. The only suggestion I would say about this is to play enough songs to unlock the high scores and ranking system for a new account. Let them experience the fun first and prove themselves that they're legit. Unlock anything ranking system if they play enough games or if they are old enough to deal with ranks. This is really not the best idea, but I'll think about it.

Just like what Carlos said, you can have an admin delete your old scores, so that it'll reflect your true performance. There are only a few serious players, and it seems that most of them are getting their skills back rather quickly.

"Cleaner, new profiles and designs": What's wrong with the profiles? They're fine to me.

If everyone had the option to change usernames ONLY on New Years Day then that would be AWESOME. I'm sick of my username lmfao

I wasted enough of my time getting to where I am now, like hell Im going to redo it all over again. This action would result in me finally quitting FFR.

This would seriously be straight up pointless to do. lol.
