Lol back in High School when I play FFR or stepmania people would come around and just go, "Holy **** how'd you memorize that?" and all.

Funny thing, I normally play pad files :P

The only real worth of FFR is if it gets new interesting files along with the fixing of multiplayer. MP is where you can hang out and also play each other.

I used to play FFR for fun but then i got better and started to get competitive. After 3 years of playing FFR, I decided to quit FFR completely so i can move on to stepmania where there were more competition. Now that i look at FFR, everything looks too easy lmao

Quit competitive FFR & SM on my peak (AAAing most VCs/some FMOs).
Now I only play the new songs and sometimes try to improve scores but all-in-all I rarely touch the game anymore.

I suck at FFR and retired competitively in early 2009. So yeah, I just play for fun.

I always play for fun now. After some dumb incident (not my fault) my scores were wiped. Now I don't try to AAA everything (check my av rank xD)

Not to me. I've always been "Play games to win." To me, winning is everything. I'm already going back to just improving my avg rank, AAAing 9s and under that aren't AAA'd.

Used to play semi-competitively, but that mindset gradually faded away after I stopped playing for the last year. Now that I've returned, I find this game more satisfying than before even though I only play it for fun now.

Heh I never tried to AAA songs seriously. Like...look at my scores. In all honesty if I actually tried it would be A LOT better, but I never played many of the easier songs, as they aren't as fun to me anymore.

I don't care about my stats. I just want to have fun. So that's what I play it for :P

i just love playing the guru songs even though they are way above my level i love the fast butten smashing i do not play for the points hell i don't care i just love this game for the fun <3

Because I don't try to achieve AAA's and FC's for competition, it's just to get an achievement and have confidence in myself. I also like seeing my score stack up, It's addictive. c:

I play for fun, because FFR is a fun game. Although, it is nice to practice the harder songs. Sometimes, I play seriously, like to get a skill token or something. But, I've come to the conclusion that I can't AAA worth ****. (Pardon my language, but it's probably bleeped out anyway)
