And you get RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) a few times before you get Carpal Tunnel as well.
Just take it easy with the FFRing, man. Also, if you're playing on an elevated keyboard, i.e. your wrists are sloped up, change it up. You want to keep your wrists as straight as possible.
When I feel pain I keep going its the same in sports, when you feel pain you know it's good for you (unless it's unbearable of course). Remember, no pain, no gain!

Well when you are lifting weights or something. You don't gain anything out of it if you don't feel the burn. I think that's what hes talking about. I don't think that really apply s to your hands though.
Uhmm, I don't think you have CTS, but just try to stay away from hard songs until your hands feel better. It happened to me, and I thought I had CTS as well.
If you actually did get CTS, go buy a hand brace or some medication. If it gets worse (I mean, like REALLY REALLY bad), then I would suggest corrective surgery.
But like I said earlier, I don't think you have CTS. Just try to stay away from FFR for a while, and let your hands recover.
Carpal tunnel isn't a pain in the hands, its a numbness or a pain in the arms. If you wake up with numb hands, your hands randomly fall asleep during the day, and you feel tingling pain shooting up your forearm, you probably have carpal tunnel. If your hand just hurts, that's all it is... take some aspirin and feel better. You have a higher chance of having arthritis than CTS.
Hello TK_demon,
Take in mind what rushyrulz said, I found it to be the best post in this thread. It's happened to me too, Tell me, do you feel pain when you rotate your wrist about 200 Degrees? [depending on what hand] Clockwise for Right, Counter-Clockwise for left, if so, I don't think you have carpel tunnel. I too have gotten this pain. Stick to asprin and try not to use your in-pain hand too much. The pain should go away completely in about a week. If pain gets worse in your wrist, I recommend having a doctor look at your wrist so you can get the proper healing methods as needed.
