I don't know what we can do about it.... this has been a Vista issue since Vista first came out. It isn't an FFR issue. It's a Microsoft sucks issue. From what I recall, it has to do with the built-in video card as opposed to a real video card.
Those who ran Vista with a real vid card had no issues.RIPComment

What I did was I copied the entire thing with changed Cmods, then I made an entirely new file with the same file name and pasted it in there. That's what I do, but it takes so damn long if you wanna do it more than once lol.

Lumph, move your stepmania folder to your desktop, or save the modified metrics to your desktop, then move it into stepmania. Vista doesn't allow you to put files into program files or something. You can change that though, to avoid this problem in the future, go into control panel on your computer and turn off admin authorization or something, I'm not sure exactly where to find it, being I turned that off about 9 months ago.
And Izzy, I have no problem with my MA on vista, nothing is different, I never changed the global offset or anything either.Comment

Running Vista with FFR is as pointless as running FFR on a windows 98 or less. That's why I stopped playing unless I'm on someone else's computer.
