I have to agree. Vertex BETA is the most tiring song for me. I think I got to a 400 combo and then crashed, couldn't use my hand for a few days.

Any of those marathon levels, with the exception of MAX Forever, because it's easy, and it's not overstepped. Stuff like BB Evolution wrecks my wrist after the first 20 seconds of those ridiculous jumpstreams, and then forget trying for the rest of the 3 minutes.

In FFR, probably Pants.

In SM, maybe MSWGO or Identity part 2. Any song with really fast jumps/hands for a long period of time tends to make my hands tired
