And we TOLD you last week that we were picking a file like this this week, so why are you surprised? It seriously is just a coincidence. Like iPatch said, this file was submitted way back in early November and has been in the queue since then (as has Torinouta), which was way before we knew we'd be getting BPM changes and new skins.

If you think we're lying about it being a coincidence, you can go ahead and think that, but we're definitely not XD
coincidence this coincidence that it's not a ****ing coincidence

a coincidence is two radio stations playing the same song at the same time.
the fact that you voluntarily picked SM songs like this isn't a coincidence, it's taking FFR in a bad direction

just read fallen's post, he knows what the hell he's talking about

you're still abusing 64ths in a game that can barely handle them and in a game where it isn't fit, and it's really awkward, and it brings down the quality and fun of the game

It's a coincidence that we happened to have two consecutive files both submitted around the same time that both had 64ths and that the correct time (using the queue/quality system) for both to enter the game was directly after BPM changes and skins were introduced. I'm saying we didn't ENGINEER any of that, and that it just happened to work that way.

It's true that we didn't actively try to prevent it either, but we see no reason to besides to appease the insanely small number of people who have a beef with 64ths in FFR, and to be honest, being fair to Dore and iPatch is way more important than avoiding the complaints of 3 people.

Besides, unless I'm very much mistaken, the next 17 or so files to enter the game will have no green notes. Quit yer' damn bitchin'.

every single time it's all like "hehe we're not going to put more of this **** in-whoops there we go again more 64th roll fun!!!"

please tell me why these files belong in FFR, where there are no speed mods, it doesn't always register, and is played online, so if you have a slow computer or something, it lags like a bitch

this "why" attitude needs to be replaced by a "why not" attitude. the more variety the better. and the 64ths don't seem to be a problem for me... they're at like under a 100 bpm I mean honestly.

Find a post by me or Tass that claims that there would be no more files with 64ths after Torinouta. We even SAID there was going to be another one after Torinouta.

why not? because they don't belong in FFR, a flash game that, believe it or not, has boundries and limitations that SM doesn't have!

Neither Torinouta nor Coat Czech have any unAAAable jacks, therefore it is within the boundaries.

Both of these files were "watered down" (for lack of a better term) for FFR. Tori would've had a ****load of jacks and 32nd jumps and Coat Czech would've had 64th trills, so they are definitely not "SM" files.

                        Re: SotW - Coat Czech

I really don't understand why anyone would complain about songs on FFR. They are free to play, stepped for free, and the music is provided for free.

You don't like the song? Great, complain a lot about it and maybe Synth will get it taken off of FFR for you. You know, since your opinion is the only one that matters on the entire website. While we're at it why don't YOU go and step a song for FFR so we can bash it for having overused steps and being minorly offbeat? Sounds good right? While were at it those 24ths in JRB weren't exactly "Flash material" either.

Seriously be ****ing greatful people put the time into stepping songs each week for the site instead of bashing them each opportunity you get.

and they would have been retarded on SM as well

the fact is is that if a file has to be watered down minimally for FFR, it probably doesn't belong there. release it for SM instead to at least do the file justice

And BTW 24th trills are so much easier than slow 64th rolls and register better too.
