Also you should add TK Soup to Tier 1 or 2. He got 1 miss and really good PA on pants in mp.

1. One score doesn't get you into a tier
2. 120+ goods is garbage PA
3. The score would be ok for Tier 2, absolutely horrid for Tier 1
4. It's clearly a multiple anyway, most likely bill

i think i have most of the stuff on tier 2 down cept like jrb filled with gay, and tribal which is too long to care about. and some other stuff with jacks. i cant seem to aaa any song above difficult/challenging, but ive blackflagged alot of them

Tier 2 should be 15/25 instead of 20/25 IMO.

wow I just looked at the tier 2 requirements, and I realized that I have about 15 of them. The rest of the requirements I don't fullfill just because I haven't played the songs in ages.

Precisely, nearly half of tier 2 ppl even don't meet 10 of them.

15/25 is okay, reasonable number.. if Tier 2 should be like 5 members, 18/25 is okay.
Tier 1 reqs should be also counted as 1 point for Tier 2, independent of Tier 2 reqs.
ex) 2 goods on Wish is counted as 2 points (Tier 1 and 2), FC Caprice is counted as 1 point.

req of some songs should be fixed like those.
Famouz (under 5) (SDG is a little too easy)
Gradeus (SDG (under 11)) (excluding mandatory goods)
Legend (under 15)
Splash Beats (under 15)
Rondo Alla Turca (under 25)
For FFR (under 25)
Nova Pulser (under 25(32)) (excluding mandatory goods)
Jelly Roll Blues (under 35) (still only 11 meet, but don't want to raise anymore)

and a suggestion to add this to Tier 2?
Party 4U (under 35(37))

Tier 1 reqs should be also counted as 1 point for Tier 2, independent of Tier 2 reqs.
ex) 2 goods on Wish is counted as 2 points (Tier 1 and 2), FC Caprice is counted as 1 point.

I suggested something like this a few pages back...I think ALL Tier 1 reqs should count as 2 for Tier 2, and simply override the Tier 2 ones if it's the same song (like Wish).

And yeah, definitely lower it to 15/25 or even lower...it should be WAAAAY less strict than Tier 1, since Tier 1 is supposed to be MUCH harder to get into than Tier 2.

adding some thought..

The same thing is applied for Tier 3, 15/18 is too hard. around 10-12/18 is proper.
as for the song reqs, ASB (under 15), Noir (under 2) are better.

also PA reqs for Tier 4 are a little too strict overall, and 6/11 is enough.
