Ah I wouldn't say tier 2 yet, theres alot Sam needs to work on. But, I did place him High tier three.
Oh tier 2 is going to be reorganized, don't pay any attention to the order right now.

when you reorder 3, i should definitely be lower. consistency is the thing i need to work on the most since sometimes i can do insane, while other times i just suck.
