Yeah, I spent a fair amount of time on my Burnout picture. It came out great too. The 3d Render itself was 4 hours. (Rendered at 3000x4000 so I had a lot to work with)

I think I know what you're getting at, and I don't think it'd be referencing PIU to use it. I mean, he was a person before he was used in the background for PIU.
