He is banned for flaming. He called DustyFarts a "f*cking douchebag". Got a warning. and then poison told him to shut up a while later.
That's all he remembers doing.

If this is honestly how banning works, why isn't half of FFR banned for calling each other "fags" "retards" "gay" etc..? this is a very absurd ban. I'm saying this cause I know Nick (poison), he doesn't frequently flame or insult others :/

LOL. The ironic thing is that he got banned for insulting DustyFarts, a person I remember dissing everyone in prochat and forums.
Also his ban is until 18th at 7 pm

That's an understandable reason to ban someone actually.... They were just told to lay off someone, and then a little while later tell that same person to shut up? Get off the guys case, and if he annoys you that much as a poster there's a nifty little feature called the "Ignore List".

I don't go around telling people to stop posting, or shut up ever, because I can just "Ignore" those people. It's their right to post within forum rules though.
