                                                it's based on GTS, AAA & FC count.

                                                doing the quests, etc... just add to your exp

                                                        Bump to say that I just unofficially got level100 because Etylukah got 17bil(1 GT = 1 exp) and 83bil + 17bil = 100bil pts = lvl 100.
