This is a flat out bad idea. There's a big difference between what a song should be stepped like and what a song would be cool like. The only files that deserve not to have jumps are those without any chords. Good luck finding a good song that's FGO worthy that doesn't have any chords. Perfect example, Excite Bike. No jumps in the whole song, which allows me to AAA it with my pinky. No chords, it's 9 seconds long. If it were more than 9 seconds long, it would actually have a good rhythm which requires layering and jumps. Sorry, but this idea isn't very good.

The best songs for no jumps are songs with no builds in intensity, where you can just step one thing all the way through without having to worry about other parts taking over or being worthy of layering (see Floating Bridge).

what about aphex twin sure it has bass beats but the side snare hits are rapid and almost always fast paced, ie Omgjya Switch7 or vordhosbn

Honestly, if you want a FGO level file with no jumps go step Disregard. Then you can make giant 300bpm streams!

Excite Bike can still be pretty damn hard for a 9 second song.
