The Everfree Counsel was one of the crowned groups of the city along with the Emperor's Palace. Many of you are well aware that the Everfree Forest is the most mysterious place in Equestria. Well in my fan-based origin story, The Everfree Forest was once an Old Imperialistic Empire that had fallen and sank deep into the ground due to thousands of years of nature taking root. Due from most of the remains literally going underground, The thought of there ever being an empire was of little concern. But the Everfree Empire wasn't the only empire existing at the time; for there were 4 major empires ruling medieval pony soil.
