It seems as though after recent upgrades, Nico Nico Douga now has many international versions. Currently there is tw.nicovideo.jp, es.nicovideo.jp and de.nicovideo.jp.

An option also exists to show "Foreign Tags" to keep the clutter down. As noted in the photo, the entire Nico Douga interface has now been English translated, making it easier for people to navigate around.

A US version of the site currently does not exist, for many reasons I could speculate on, but enough to where it's hard to pinpoint a particular one.

Needless to say though, it will now be easier for people to enjoy some pretty sweet Japanese videos, even if the comments or video dialogue don't make any sense ;)

Also, I cleared normal for everyone but スイカ　and あややややややや～'s story mode :X 幽々子様　is fuxing hard lol. After watching enough videos I finally figured out how to beat her last spell card. Yukarin's 2nd to last one is also pretty nasty as well. So lesson learned kids, when you don't know how to blow up shit, someone probably already did on a video site somewhere, and you can go pickup hints :X
