Poco a poco, cuando te vayas acostumbrando a la velocidad a la que juegas y teniendo buenos resultados, subes un poco.
Lo de las flechas con canciones faciles va sin problema pero tarde o temprano para las dificiles tendras que jugar modo spread (A,S,K,L)

Jugando acabas acostumbrándote y sacando mejores resultados. Utiliza las teclas A, S, K, L y juega a velocidad mayor a x1 o utilizando solo la mitad de la ventana (situa el final de la ventana del navegador por debajo del numero del combo). También deberías plantearte buscar teclados apañados tipo portátil si quieres ser un grande en esto jejeje :)

Sure. First I recommend playing 2 handed if you aren't already. I play on the arrow keys (4 fingered style) while alot of the other top players play spread (2 hands but not on the arrow keys; EX: ASKL). Also, USE speedmods. Slowly move your way up to either 1.75 or 2.00. Start on 1.25 and knock out a bunch of scores, when ya seem stuck, go to 1.5 (repeat process), then move to 1.75. It's also helpful to learn more than one style though. I know 4 fingered (my main style), spread, AND index. It isn't required by any means, but it's helpful in the long run.
