Well I don't know how interested you are in your account coming back, but typically if you cool your heels for a bit you can get a perma lifted. (Just look at choofers and attractive)

Bans from the forum don't effect you playing the game. Your stats should all still be fine. And if I'm not mistaken the 1st ban you got was only 3 days wasn't it? Well either way it would be better off to just PM the person, if you go posting in the forums that's like insta evade ban.
