   nyaaaahahahaha, black cat is about a dropout gunner (the girl above is a different important character) from a justification organization known as chronos and how he makes a living as a sweeper, it is much cooler than what it seems from what i just said, the same writer wrote a manga called toloveru in the jump magazine, u can see VERY similar characters,
