Requesting New Profile Theme

I recently got into something called Dangan Ronpa, and I was wanting a theme for that. I am sending out a commission to anyone who is willing to make me a Dangan Ronpa profile theme, avatar include.

I am specifying a width of 995 pixels by a height of no less then 8000 pixels. The character I wish to have for the theme is Celestia Ludenburg. I will pay between 20,000-50,000 FFR credits depending on the complexity.

   I might be able to help you with that, I'm not like a photoshop wizard or anything but I've been known to make a few nice things here and there. I'll see what I can come up with and shoot you something, then we can discuss specifics like color preferences and whatnot.
