Happy?

You know how everyone lives happily ever after? How everyone gets their fairy tale ending? The boy falls in love with the girl and they move away and live in their love forever. How the high school student ends up finding their soul mate at such a young age. Or maybe the relationship no one believes will work out, but the ones in the relationship are so deep and madly in love that they don’t care what anyone else thinks… I don’t understand how people can find this. I mean I know I want it. Who doesn’t? But what happens when things don’t go this way… What happens when you fall in love with the guy that’s already taken? The guy that’s also madly in love, but just not with you… What are you supposed to do then? How are you supposed to live life to the fullest when you know the one you want to be with is already out there…? With out you… What are you supposed to do when all around you there are blossoming relationships and perfect lives with perfect love… And you’re the only one that doesn’t have it… Or has ever been in it… Or even have felt it? How is that supposed to feel? Good, I don’t think so. Are you supposed to feel happy when you’re all alone? Are you supposed to believe people when they say, oh don’t worry it will happen… No, you can’t listen to them because they don’t know. No one knows what is going to happen in the crazy world we live in. People can die the next day, all alone. People die alone all the time. With no one to ever love… Am I just supposed to set that aside and let that happen? Am I supposed to just keep hoping and believing that one-day everything will work out? You can’t watch life go by, you have to jump in and start. Everyone has to start some where, weather they know it or not. You have to live life in the fast lane, not parked on the side of the road watching and waiting. You have to start your engine and go… Having nothing in your life is all you will have if you do nothing about it. So am I just supposed to kick back and wait like everyone tells me to do? Or am I supposed to decide for myself. You tell me…
