They don't have to know everything, think of it as a introduction. That should make it easier to write.

write down things like, what you like to do, what kinda games/movies/anime you like. Favourite music is a given, what makes your ears happy =). doesnt have to be super detailed and a page long just keep it short and be like 'talk if you want to know more xD'
