Ratings lower than 10.0

I hate it when you get less than a 10.0 in song ratings yet no one tell you why you don't have a 10.0. It's kind of like teachers who give you a 49/50 or something Yet they never tell you anything! Either some ff players are jackasses or HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO BE PERFECT IF NO ONE TELLS ME WHY I'M NOT!
