How in the crud do you create a simfile? ;w;

I CREATED ONE BUT IT ONLY WORKS ON SM ;^;

    what Redorigami said. But uh, it's this long stupid process where you make it and then you have to submit it to somebody then it gets judged and either rejected or accepted and takes forever to get on the game.
