About your no arrows problem, clear cache and cookies and relogin (both your main browser and internet explorer, best to use ccleaner for that all at once). Then make sure your offset isn't set with a decimal or anything great/less than +/- 15. If that doesn't work, talk to a moderator, because that's all I'd know how to do. =S
