Whenever you see a mission that hasn't yet been completed, that's your cue to try and win it!
Rewards given upon completion of a mission vary depending on the difficulty.
To verify that it was indeed you who completed the mission, you will have to do whatever that particular mission says next to "Verification Steps:"
