My DSL internet has basically been out for the past...3 weeks/month. So when my mom calls Verizon to see what's up, they tell her to be available tomorrow from 8 'till 8, and they'll stop by. To make a long story short, my mother flipped out on them, and we now will be getting AOL Dial-up to replace the DSL we cancelled, and have had our phone downgraded to basically only make calls (no caller ID, call waiting, or long distance)
