Now I don't know what to do lol

Ok, now, on Rithum.com, I can see the staff forums, and I noticed I have a title of moderator, and I have this add infraction button by people's posts, but I can't lock threads or anything like that, plus I don't show up in the view forum leaders section. I'm worried that I should be able to do more stuff, since I could with shox's account on FFR long ago, even though I didn't actually do that stuff. I'm worried to send Kwik a PM, when maybe that's all I'm supposed to be able to do, but I'm also thinking that that's not quite right. Suggestions please.
